Alexia Delahousse, vice-présidente juridique/VP legal & public affairs, Qonto
Diplômée de HEC et d’un master 2 en droit des affaires et fiscalité internationale à Paris 2 Assas, Alexia Delahousse a exercé comme avocate en private equity et M&A dans des cabinets anglo-saxons tels que Linklaters, Baker McKenzie et Dechert, en France et à l’étranger. Après huit années en cabinet, elle a rejoint le monde de la tech en tant que juriste chez Ledger, avant de devenir Directrice des Affaires Juridiques et Publiques de Qonto, leader européen de la gestion financière des entreprises, poste qu’elle occupe depuis cinq ans.
Nathalie Dubois, directrice juridique et protection des données, Groupe Fnac Darty
Nathalie Dubois est Directrice Juridique et Protection des données du Groupe Fnac Darty depuis 2017. Elle est également au sein de l’AFJE, vice-présidente Université, Etudiants & jeunesse, Formation, et pilote du groupe scientifique ESG-RSE.
Titulaire d’un Master 2 en Droit des affaires et fiscalité de l’Université de Bordeaux, elle débute sa carrière en 1997 chez Monceau Assurances comme responsable juridique. En 2001, elle intègre le groupe M6 comme responsable juridique sociétés. Elle rejoint le groupe TF1 en 2006 comme directrice juridique corporate et administration.

Rémy Blain has 30 years of legal experience, both in-house as a former legal director and in private practice. Rémy Blain finds pragmatic solutions to complex negotiations and cross-border projects. His main areas of expertise are mergers and acquisitions, private equity acquisitions and disposals, and build-up and carve-out transactions. He works in the energy and renewables, defence, aerospace and technology, cosmetics, food and retail sectors.
Elisabeth Marrache, avocate associée, Addleshaw Goddard
Elisabeth Marrache is leading the IP/IT and data protection practice at Addleshaw Goddard France. She has an expertise in intellectual property, new technologies and personal data and advises on complex transactions in digital law (IT contracts, outsourcing operations, internet law) Elisabeth benefits from a wide range of French and international clients and advises companies and start-ups in the healthcare, telecoms, IT, financial institutions, and e-commerce sectors.
Louis-Alexandre Montpeyroux, associate, Addleshaw Goddard
Louis-Alexandre Montpeyroux focuses his practice on advising and assisting companies on projects related to the creation and development of their activities. He is involved in the preparation and drafting of legal documentation relating to private equity and M&A transactions. He also participates in the follow-up of these operations until their completion.
Amine-Ryan Hakam, senior legal manager, Equinix
Diplômé d’un double cursus de Columbia University et au Collège de Droit de l’Université Toulouse 1 Capitole en Droit International des Affaires, Fiscalité Internationale et Propriété Intellectuelle, Amine-Ryan Hakam a exercé chez Shearman & Sterling LLP, en France et aux USA, avant de rejoindre des groupes du CAC40 comme VINCI Energies, TotalEnergies ou Bouygues Energies & Services. Depuis 2022, il est Senior Legal Manager EMEA chez Equinix, où il pilote des projets de développements stratégiques de Data Centers en EMEA.
