ZHAO Jiming, senior partner of W&H Law Firm, director of W&H’s National Company Law professional Committee. Mr. Zhao is currently a member of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate’s Expert Committee on Civil Administrative Litigation Supervision Cases, a member of the China Law Conference and Law Research Institute, a member of the Company Law Committee of All China Lawyers Association, and a director of the Merger and Reorganization Committee of Beijing Lawyers Association. Mr. Wang Yan, a partner of Grandway Law Offices, graduated from Tsinghua University School of Law with LLB, currently studying for an EMBA at CEIBS. Mr. Wang focuses his practices on capital operation both at home and abroad.
