The speakers will debate (i) how in-house legal departments’ decisions are being influenced by ESG principles; (ii) what is the view of different local companies regarding the implementation of ESG principles; (iii) how should a company approach to such implementation, (iv) how are financial institutions evaluating ESG principles implementation when deciding to enter into a transaction.
