The first-ever Brazil Women in Law: Breakfast Roundtable, hosted by Willkie and The Legal 500, brought together an exclusive network of in-house lawyers for a captivating discussion on the role of women in the legal field. The event aimed to foster open dialogue, featuring engaging success stories, insights, and initiatives that participants could take away and implement in their organisations.
Participants delved into five thought-provoking topics, starting with how successful women in Law can assist their peers in achieving success. Guest speaker Rossana Sadir, business advisor and consultant, and co-author of “Uma Sobe e Puxa a Outra” (One Rises and Pulls Another), shared her vast expertise during the session, with the aim of understanding how to apply her ideas into legal departments.
Following, the roundtable celebrated the accomplishments of women in the Brazilian legal sector and explored avenues for inspiring change. The discussion also focused on driving diversity, empowering women, and sharing inclusion ideas and initiatives for businesses.
