On the evening of February 20, the GC Powerlist Germany 2025 was unveiled at the iconic Alte Oper in Frankfurt—a breathtaking setting befitting the recognition of the country’s most distinguished General Counsel.

The event brought together an elite group of in-house legal professionals, each of whom has demonstrated exceptional expertise, leadership, and influence within their organisations. To mark the occasion, FPS equity partner Daniel Herper and Clara Mozes, Legal 500 Germany co-editor, opened the evening with speeches, setting the tone for an inspiring night. This was followed by insightful remarks from Timo Spitzer, Head of Legal Corporate and Investment Banking for Germany, Austria, Switzerland & Nordic Countries at Banco Santander, and Elizabeth Hincapié, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Compliance Officer at Toshiba Railway Europe, who shared perspectives on key challenges and opportunities in the field.
