The Legal 500, in partnership with Rojs, Peljhan, Prelesnik and Partners, hosted its inaugural roundtable in Slovenia on 15 October.

After a welcoming address by managing partner Robert Prelesnik, Bojan Šporar, also a managing partner, delivered a presentation on director liability and corporate governance. Following that, Aljoša Krdžić, partner, chaired a practical discussion on compliance challenges, strategies, and regulatory scrutiny.

The roundtable concluded with a networking reception, where participants had the chance to engage in meaningful conversations.
