Like never before, all eyes are on stakeholder impact and sustainability. As a result, General Counsels are now expected to find a balance between implementing expanding enterprise values across a changing operational footprint and ensuring that business transformation strategies are on track.

This roundtable will be an opportunity for general counsel to exchange insights on how they cultivate key stakeholder relationships and cope with a wave of regulations while supporting a business in Latin America.

The event will also be an occasion to share findings from both Lex Mundi’s recent global focus group with general counsels and its latest report, Enterprise values v enterprise value.
