Kirsten Maslen, director, product marketing, Thomson Reuters
Kirsten practiced law for 10 years, specialising in large infrastructure and outsourcing transactions in the public and private sectors. After leaving practice, Kirsten worked as an editor for Practical Law, writing content on commercial projects, public procurement, outsourcing and employee transfers.
After several years in strategy and customer proposition in our Legal Professionals and Corporates businesses, Kirsten is now responsible for value proposition design and customer insight to inform the continued development of Thomson Reuters’ portfolio of legal software solutions.
Gordon Williams, director – consulting, SYKE
Gordon has amassed extensive analytical experience within the Financial Services and Legal sectors, with a strong background in project and product delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
His skillset as a Business Analyst has been finely honed through cross-functional requirement elicitation, involving comprehensive operational process mapping, discovery, product demonstrations, and feedback from stakeholders during Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) programs.
Collaborating with both internal and external development teams, contributing to feature design, specification, and prioritisation. Delivering incremental value while adhering to technical delivery constraints, particularly in the realm of CLM solutions. Scoping both local and global CLM delivery projects supporting effective contracting for Sales, Procurement and People teams.
