6.20pm Workspace transformation and empathetic leadership: challenging the status quo.
One of the most important aspects to create a good and stable company is to rely on a strong and cohesive team. In order to do this, it is crucial to have a well-balanced workplace. The workplace should be a safe environment, especially considering the numerous challenges employees are expected to face on a daily basis. This panel aims at highlighting the soft skills required to manage a team, the importance of psychological safety to build trust and buy-in within it, and the challenges that women face in leadership roles. It will analyse these recurring issues associated with a lack of empathic leadership with the aim of providing solutions to break away from traditional corporate culture.
