Alongside those rankings, for the first time, we are acknowledging Client Satisfaction excellence for the top 10% of firms in each jurisdiction according to their score. That does not mean that other firms in the rankings do not provide excellent client service, but it does allow those firms who have achieved truly outstanding scores to see that achievement recognised at legal500.com.
