Rosemary is a partner in the Employment Law Group of the Arthur Cox Belfast Office in Northern Ireland.
Rosemary has extensive experience in all aspects of employment law, with a particular specialism in equality, having worked as in house legal adviser with the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland before joining Arthur Cox. Rosemary provides a full range of legal services to employers on all matters arising out of the employment relationship. Her practice area includes advisory work, commercial transactions, industrial disputes and representation in a range of matters, such as unfair dismissal and discrimination. Additionally Rosemary advises on administrative/public law, in particular on compliance issues arising under Section 75 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998.
