Senior Associate

Erna Leifsdóttir is an attorney at law, licensed to practice before the district courts. She has a master‘s degree in Law from the University of Reykjavík. Erna is a certified securities broker.   Erna achieved ACAMS certification as an anti-money laundering specialist , 2025.

Her main practice areas are corporate law, corporate finance and capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring and insolvency, competition law and EU law. Erna has served on the board of the Icelandic Student Loan Fund. Alongside studies she was the president of Lögrétta, Law Student Union and a Student Representative at the Reykjavík University Student Union. Erna has lectured at Lögrétta since 2017. Erna joined LOGOS Legal Service in 2019.
