Position
Ciarán Rogers is a senior partner in A&L Goodbody’s Finance department. Ciaran has over 30 years experience of capital markets (debt and equity), securitisation, structured finance and syndicated lending. He has been heavily involved in advising both domestic and international financial institutions on major restructurings and asset disposals including the phased withdrawal of the NatWest Group and Ulster Bank Ireland DAC from the Irish market and the IBRC special liquidation. Ciarán is also Head of the firm’s Capital Markets – Debt practice.

Paul White has led the ECM team for over 12 years and has advised on a series of headline initial public offerings (IPOs) and other equity offerings. Charles Carroll is also rated for ECM deals.
