Jason is a partner in A&L Goodbody’s Environmental & Planning group. He previously worked as an environmental consultant and, as a result, has over 19 years’ experience in the field. Jason advises on the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious environmental, planning and health & safety work. He advises on environmental and regulatory risk in M&A, capital markets, lending and commercial property transactions, compliance with EU environmental and regulatory requirements and environmental disputes. He also has particular expertise in advising on all the planning and environmental aspects of large scale energy and infrastructure projects.
