Specializes in competition and consumer protection law. Represents clients before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK), and in the courts in cases concerning agreements restricting competition, abuse of a dominant position, and consumer matters. Advises clients on merger control proceedings.

Has secured a number of landmark decisions from the President of UOKiK, including the first-ever enforcement decision in a price-fixing case, and a ground-breaking decision recognizing discounts applied by a dominant market player as being compliant with competition law.

Advises businesses on preventive measures and conducts training on competition law and consumer protection.
