Partner at Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak. Specializes in real estate law, construction investments, commercial law and environmental protection law. He advises on transactions related to acquiring, selling and leasing commercial and industrial real estate, including developer projects, project financing and transactions related to acquiring and selling enterprises and companies.

He advises in construction contracts (FIDIC and non–FIDIC), including in proceedings for public procurement and administrative proceedings involving construction investments and environmental protection law. He has broad experience handling Greenfield–type investment projects, including projects carried out in Special Economic Zones.

He joined SK&S in 1998 and become a Partner in 2009. He has advised banks on numerous financing and debt restructuring projects. His services have included the structuring of security instruments, drafting and the negotiation of settlements and other related agreements.

Radosław Waszkiewicz obtained a Master of Laws degree from the Department of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań in 1998. He is a legal counselor since 2002.
