Career

He has been with SK&S since 1993 and has been a partner since 1996. Between 1985 and 1993, he served as a judge at the Voivodeship Court in Warsaw and from 1990 as the Chief Judge of its Civil Division. For a number of years during his work in court he gave lectures for court apprentices.

Position

Of Counsel at Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak. Coordinates SK&S’ Litigation Department. Specializes in commercial and civil litigation and arbitration as well as administrative and environmental law, managing the firm's practice in these areas.

Education

Dariusz Skuza graduated with a degree in law and administration from Warsaw University Law School in 1983, after which he pursued a judge's court apprenticeship from 1983 to 1985.
