Career

He was an expert in the Trademark Department of the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland (UP RP), and later obtained professional experience at a renowned patent law firm. On a daily basis, he works with Polish and foreign clients and is responsible for developing protection strategies and managing international trademark and industrial design portfolios.

He has extensive experience in litigation before the Patent Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), as well as industrial property law litigation.

He represents owners of exclusive rights in combating the trade in counterfeit goods at every stage of the proceedings.

He provides advice in arbitration proceedings in cases concerned with Internet domain names as well as unfair competition. Has taken numerous trademark courses and training sessions, e.g. at the UP RP and EUIPO. He is a member of the international organisations MARQUES and INTA and a member of the Anticounterfeiting Committee of International Trademark Association at INTA. He also leads lectures and training on IP, trademark protection strategies, and exclusive rights infringement.
