Career

Mr. Pałubicki has been working for the SK&S Labour Law Department since 2000 and has been heading that Department since July 2012. He advises multinational and domestic clients in various sectors, including FMCG, automotive, chemical and pharmaceutical as well as banking and finance. Roch specializes inter alia in management contracts, working time as well as employment aspects of M&A transactions, including transfer of employees (he has taken part in more than 300 such projects). He also assists clients in creating and tailoring retention and incentive mechanisms as well as non-competition, non-solicitation and confidentiality covenants. Roch provides support for employers in the formation and implementation of internal policies and regulations. He is highly regarded with respect to employment and social security litigation and has handled multi-million executive bonuses, non-compete and termination disputes. Roch has extensive experience in dealing with trade unions, in particular he is active in collective disputes and negotiations, including as a member of the Social Arbitration Panel.

He is a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association and a Board member of the Polish Employment Law Association.

Position

Of Counsel at Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak. Specializes in individual and collective labour law and in particular in management contracts, working time, non-competition and in the employment aspects of M&A transactions including the transfer of employees. He participates in conducting collective disputes and negotiations and advises clients in collective and individual redundancies. He represents clients before labour and social security courts.

Education

He graduated with a law degree from Poznań University in 2001.
