Career

He joined SK&S in 1997 and became a Partner in 2008. In his long practice, he has been involved in debt-recovery tasks conducted for the largest Polish banks related to availing of forms of security established in favor of shares in companies.

Position

Partner at Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak. Specializes in civil and commercial litigation covering issues involving corporate law, civil law (ex delicto and ex contractu compensation claims), as well as particularly complicated litigation issues linked to the question of the implementation and recognition of various types of judgments of foreign courts in the territory of the Republic of Poland.

Education

He graduated with a law degree form the Warsaw University School of Law in 1997. In 1989-1996 he pursued studies at the Warsaw University Department of History. In 2001 he was admitted to the Bar.
