A member of the SK&S team since 1993, he became a Partner in 2001 and is currently a Senior Partner. He handles complex real estate cases and the related litigation, arbitration, and administrative court disputes involving co-owners, heirs, and company partners, and disputes concerned with ownership, including those on acquisitive prescription, as well as restitution, and compensation disputes.
