Career

She joined SK&S in 1995. She represents parties in arbitrations under the UNCITRAL, ICC and Polish National Chamber of Commerce Rules in international commercial arbitration and in investment arbitration under investment treaties in infrastructure, concession, construction and games disputes. She has represented a Polish party before the Court of Justice of the European Union in a freedom of information case.

She advises clients on contract law, company law and European private law issues, and has participated in privatisation projects. She publishes on arbitration and comparative law. In 2015, her translation of the Polish companies code into English was published in its 7th edition (C.H. Beck).

Of Councel at Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak.Specializes in domestic & EU corporate and commercial law. Advises on civil and international law matters. Represents clients before arbitration tribunals.
