Specializes in Polish and European tax law particularly with regards to VAT, customs advisory services, foreign exchange laws, M&A transactions and cross border tax optimization; restructuring and wealth distribution. He represents clients before the Polish tax authorities and administrative courts in proceedings related to tax law and in disputes connected with the interpretation of tax regulations.

Prior to joining SK&S in 2001, he gained experience in the tax department of Arthur Andersen. He has given lectures in several conferences and workshops on tax issues relevant to the Polish market, including VAT and tax optimization schemes
