He specializes in business crime cases including white collar crime, representation of clients related to custom seizures of counterfeit products and court litigation. Tomasz represents Polish and foreign clients before the courts, arbitration institutions and law enforcement authorities. Tomasz also advises on matters relating to corporate law and securities.

Tomasz Konopka joined SK&S in 2002. He has been a Partner since January 2013. Tomasz currently leads the criminal law department. Prior to joining SK&S, Tomasz was a lawyer in a number of companies, including those listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
