He joined SK&S in 1994 and became a partner in 2000. He provides advice to corporate clients on many aspects of business transactions including the relevant industry, the FMCG sector, and the media. In addition to being an arbitrator of the Arbitration Court at the Polish Chamber of Commerce, he provides clients with his expertise in court disputes and arbitration matters. He also heads the SK&S German Desk teamHe is the author of many publications on commercial law. He is fluent in English and German, and knows basic Italian.
