Katarzyna has been working in SK&S’ Litigation Department since 2006. She is experienced in representing clients at all stages of criminal proceedings regarding i.a. fraud, forgery, corruption, tax evasion, money laundering, accounting fraud. Acts both as a defence counsel and as a counsel of auxiliary prosecutor. Handles a divers spectrum of criminal cases. Specializes in advising on and managing large and profound internal investigations, including those related to FCPA breaches. Experienced in cross-border cases i.a. fraud and corruption cases.
