Position

Yves Lacroix is a Partner in the Private Equity & Real Estate practice of Arendt & Medernach. He advises international financial institutions and asset managers on the organisation of international investment structures and their Luxembourg operations, as well as institutional investors on the implementation of their investment programmes and activities, with a focus on legal and regulatory matters relating to the structuring and private equity, opportunistic real estate operations of Luxembourg domiciled private funds, alternative investment funds (AIFs) and alternative investment fund managers (AIFMs).

Career

He worked for a major bank in Luxembourg, where he was in charge of the legal affairs concerning the structuring, operations and administration of investment funds as well as compliance matters regarding the fund servicing activities of the bank.

He serves as a non-executive board member of a select number of corporate entities providing them with his ongoing support and expertise in the design and implementation of their investment programmes and activities.
