Hélder’s practice focuses on M&A and real estate matters. He advises clients in the real estate sector, in particular on domestic and international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, forward purchases and sale and lease back transactions.

He also assists clients with real estate development, leasing (including triple net leases) and management of real estate assets in various sectors, in particular tourism, healthcare, retail, office and residential.

Prior to joining PLMJ, he was a managing associate at RRP Advogados and also worked at Uría Menéndez in Lisbon.
