Senior Associate

Carolina is an senior associate in the Tax practice where she advises Portuguese and international clients on various areas of tax law.

She specialises in tax consulting and tax litigation, particularly for private clients, advising on the non-habitual residents scheme, secondment and mobility of workers, and real estate investment.

Carolina attended the master’s in tax law at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Lisbon and a short course in digital taxation at the same university.
