Senior counsel

Samantha is a senior counsel  in the Corporate M&A practice and a member of the German Desk. She has 10 years’ experience and focuses on corporate law and litigation, in particular, the incorporation of companies and corporate liability.

Samantha advises clients, particularly from German-speaking countries, from a variety of sectors including tourism, passenger and goods transport, and shopping centres.

She is president of the board of the Young Entrepreneurs of the Portuguese-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry and belongs to several professional associations including Advoselect and Ars Legis (European networks the German-speaking lawyers).
