He handles a considerable volume of insolvency cases on behalf of district courts and business enterprises. For years, he has been responsible for debt settlement proceedings and the administration/liquidation of insolvent companies involving large sums.

In addition, he works as an advisor to financial institutions and private enterprises in connection with financing transactions and day-to-day operations. Tonning also has extensive experience of inheritance law and intergenerational asset transfers.
