Position
Specialist Counsel. Stensrud assists Norwegian and international companies, banks and financial institutions with a variety of transactions, advice and documentation relating to financing and associated areas of the law, with the main emphasis on bank loans, bond loans and restructuring processes.
Stensrud has particular experience of various financing transactions in the aviation sector and oil and gas industry.
