He has more than 14 years’ experience of advising Norwegian and international clients on a wide range of matters relating to financing, securities trading law, restructuring and insolvency. Løhre’s practice encompasses bank financing, direct lending/private debt and capital market transactions in most sectors and relating to most asset types, including ship and property financing, acquisition financing and project financing.
