José Miguel Tropa is a Partner and has been at Abreu Advogados since 2009 working primarily on investment and business structuring operations related to corporate, real estate, finance and commercial law.

He focuses specifically on matters pertaining to the acquisition of companies, shareholder agreement negotiations as well as foreign investment operations of clients in the Autonomous Region of Madeira, leading a number construction and public procurement and licensing processes before the Regional Public Administration.

He has extensive experience advising regional economic groups as well as a variety of Regional Public Companies on aspects related with their respective activities in sectors as wide ranging as healthcare, hospitality and financial, having participated in some of the most important operations taking place in the Autonomous Region of Madeira.
