Teresa Brito da Silva is a Partner and has been at Abreu Advogados since 2018, working primarily on commercial law and litigation.

She focuses particularly on matters relating to corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and advises on matters related to business and corporate activity.

She also has experience in a range of civil and commercial litigation cases on matters relating to works contracts, distribution contracts, service provision, use of space in shopping centers, breach of contract and civil responsibility, producer responsibility, purchase and sale agreements and ancillary guarantees, and corporate law.

She is experienced in advising on other areas, such as construction, contracting and real estate, the tobacco, pharmaceutical and automobile industries, and information systems and technologies.
