Diogo Orvalho is a Professionl Partner at Abreu Advogados since 2021, specialized in employment matters, as well as in social security and pension matters.

He has 18 consecutive years of experience in legal practice and provides day-to-day advice to numerous national and multinational companies in the most varied sectors, such as banking, insurance, commercial aviation, sports clubs and sports companies, IT, consulting and retail.

He has an extensive experience in employment litigation and also stands out in matters related to the definition of remuneration and benefits policies, as well as in collective labor relations.

He´s regularly involved in major corporate restructuring procedures, namely those resulting from collective dismissals and job extinction procedures. He also assists several corporate mergers and acquisitions operations, from the initial phase through due diligence procedures to the successful completion of the transactions.

It combines the experience and knowledge of its area of expertise with a practical and creative approach, focused on the most efficient outcome.
