Diogo Belard Correia is an Associated Partner and has been at Abreu Advogados since 2020. He works primarily on real estate matters related to residential, tourism, commercial and logistics projects.

Providing advice on all phases of real estate investment projects: structuring, acquisition, construction, marketing and operation. With extensive experience in real estate due diligence, especially for developers, multinational companies, institutional investors and family offices.

He has particular intervention in expansion projects for multinational companies advising on store relocation, contract renegotiation, as well as new leases.

He also has experience in advising multinational companies with several investments in Portugal, for the subsequent development of residential and tourism projects and student residences projects.
