Patrícia Perestrelo,  Professional Partner with the firm since 2018,  co-heads the Employment Law Practice Area. Patrícia also works in the firm’s Private Clients & Family Businesses Sector.

Experienced in matters related to acquisitions, sale, transfer of undertaking and corporate restructuring operations involving employment law issues, Patrícia has participated in several due diligence processes.

Patrícia has intervened and assisted multinational companies in relation to equity awards. She has extensive practical experience on matters relating to labour pre-litigation and litigation

Additionally Patrícia has extensive experience in advising companies in the healthcare sector on employment law and has been involved in some of the largest multinational group restructuring projects taking place in Portugal.

In the private clients and family businesses sector Patrícia has been quite active in succession  and family matters (focusing mainly on the planning, pre-litigation and litigation).
