Christiana Vassiliou is a multidisciplinary lawyer with more than 20 years’ experience in acting as a legal advisor, mainly in the areas of Banking and Finance and Financial Services. Before joining Antis Triantafyllides & Sons LLC in 2011, Christiana Vassiliou was the Head of the Legal Services Department of a local bank in Cyprus.

As a senior member of our firm, Christiana has specialised experience in advising credit, financial institutions, investment firms and large corporations, both domestic and international, on large-scale lending and project finance transactions and syndicated debt financings. She has also handled sales of non-performing exposures, debt restructurings and refinancings. She regularly advises credit, financial, payment and electronic money institutions on licensing, regulatory, and compliance matters.

She has a keen interest and expertise on data privacy matters and has gained experience in GDPR compliance projects, specialising in the banking and financial services sectors. She also provides support to DPOs of clients in various sectors.

Christiana also advises wealthy individuals and trustees on the creation and administration of trusts.
