Spyros Hadjinicolaou completed his vocational training with the law firm of L. Papaphilippou & Co, Nicosia in 1997 and in the year 1999 he joined the law firm of Antis Triantafyllides & Sons LLC and has since been practicing in depth in corporate, shipping, tax and banking/finance law at the firm.

His strong experience consists of working in:

• Incorporating and managing Cyprus limited liability companies of various types (SPVs, Joint Ventures etc.);

• Securing finance and registering charges over corporate assets;

• Re-domiciliation of companies in and out of Cyprus;

• Incorporating S.E. in Cyprus;

• Negotiating and managing mergers and acquisitions;

• Thoroughly advising clients on the Cyprus tax aspects of their business ventures;

• Communicating with high-rank officers at crucial departments of the Cyprus government on matters related to the promotion of the interest of various international prestigious clients;

• Carrying out due diligence over Cyprus companies for acquisition purposes; and

• Registering of vessels under the Cyprus flag and arranging legal formalities for their mortgaging for financing purposes.
