Position
Abdul Carrupt's practice focuses on white collar crime, criminal litigation, commercial/financial litigation, mutual legal assistance in criminal matters, asset recovery, internal investigations, crisis management and sports arbitration.
He advises Swiss and international clients in complex cross-border criminal proceedings in the ambit of financial crimes (including money laundering, anti-bribery and corruption) and assists them in internal investigations, complex corporate governance matters and crisis management.
Holder of a CAS in Digital Finance Law, Abdul Carrupt also assists corporations and individuals in the ambit of cybercrime litigation and regulatory compliance. Since 2025, he holds the title of Certified Specialist SBA Criminal Law delivered by the Swiss Bar Association.
