Vyaire Medical, Inc., a global leader in

respiratory care, completed the acquisition of all shares in imtmedical AG, a

Swiss company, which is a developer, manufacturer and distributor of mechanical

ventilation products.

to Vyaire Medical in this transaction. The team included Ralph Malacrida, Sora
