Khephren, founded in 2016 also in Geneva as a joint venture of Signa-Terre, Acanthe, and BG Ingénieurs Conseils, established a reputation for developing an independent, efficient, and innovative platform. The SaaS application is designed to enable intuitive review and control of the financial, technical and energy status of real estate portfolios. Bär & Karrer acted as the legal advisor to Wüest Partner in these transactions.
