Acrotec acquired Diener AG Precision Machining, a company specialized

in the area of medical technology and precision mechanics, and Diener

Precision Pumps, a company producing high quality precision pumps, from

its owners. With these acquisitions, Acrotec extends in particular its

medtech sector. Completion is subject to merger control approval.

Bär & Karrer acts as legal advisor to Acrotec in this
