The software company SAP bought all shares of Coresystems FSM AG.

Coresystems FSM develops and runs workforce-management software based on a

Crowd Service platform which uses artificial intelligence and allows finding

available field-service technicians in real time.

Bär & Karrer acts as legal advisor to the sellers of Coresystems FSM

in this transaction. The team includes Phyllis Scholl, Ralph Malacrida, Daniel

Küpfer, Eliane Albert and Raphael Wyss (all M&A) as well as Jonas
