Clearstream

International S.A., a subsidiary of Deutsche Börse, acquired all shares in the

London based Swisscanto Funds Centre Limited. The deal allows Clearstream to

expand its services in the funds space with the management of distribution

contracts and data processing. The purchase agreement was signed on 23 April

2018. The transaction is expected to close within the third quarter of 2018,

subject to approval of the relevant authorities.
