Beteiligungen AG (EGSB) has acquired all shares in Bauwerk Boen AG held by ZM

Opportunity II L.P. (a fund advised by Patrimonium Private Equity) and is thus

majority shareholder of the company. The Bauwerk Boen Group is a leading

manufacturer of premium parquet flooring.
