management company, has acquired, by means of an affiliate, all shares of Swiss

Education Group Holding AG, the holding company of the SEG group, a leading

hospitality management education group that operates several schools in

Switzerland.

advisor (Lead Counsel) to Summer Capital in this transaction. The team includes
