The goal of the founders, who have been active in the real estate development sector for many years, is to create a group with multidisciplinary expertise that can become a platform for investments in the real estate business, operating throughout the Swiss market. Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to the founders. The team was co-led by Massimo Vanotti and Matthias Bizzarro and included Sandro Gaggini (Corporate/M&A and Real Estate), Saliba Betar (Corporate/M&A) and Andrea Ziswiler (Finance).
