On 3 April 2018, Allianz Suisse Versicherungs-Gesellschaft AG

has acquired all shares in DAS Rechtsschutz-Versicherungs-AG. Through this acquisition Allianz Swiss becomes one of

the largest providers of legal protection insurance in the Swiss market.

Allianz Suisse Versicherungs-Gesellschaft in this transaction. The team
